Congratulations to Firefighter C.J. Lancaster and his wife Anna Lancaster on the birth of their second child.

Born on 6/19/2017 at 3:22p.m.
Weighing 5lbs 15oz and 18 3/4" long.

Payton is welcomed to the family by her big sister Emilee.
